In the third quarter of 2024, the top 5 turn-based tactics games on iOS in Europe exhibited diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus ™, by Snowprint Studios AB, saw a notable increase in revenue, peaking at approximately $171K in early September. Downloads rose steadily from 3K in early July to nearly 10K by mid-September. Weekly active users also increased, reaching around 34K by the end of September.

Sword of Convallaria, published by XD Entertainment Pte Ltd, experienced a sharp decline in downloads from nearly 39K at the end of July to just over 600 by late September. Revenue similarly dropped from about $71K in late July to roughly $9.4K by the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from 25K to approximately 5K.

TINYSOFT's Magic War Legends showed a gradual increase in revenue, culminating in about $22K at the end of September. Downloads fluctuated but remained relatively stable, while active users grew from around 8K to over 11K during the quarter.

Finally, Bowmasters - Multiplayer Game, developed by Playgendary Limited, recorded a revenue decline from around $9.8K in early July to $7.3K by the end of September. Downloads varied, with a noticeable drop from over 47K in mid-July to around 28K by late September. Despite this, active users remained robust, peaking at over 861K in mid-July before stabilizing around 616K at the quarter's close.
